Chennai, India – September 9, 2013 – Synamen Thinklabs Private Limited, a software development company headquartered in Chennai, India, announced the recent acquisition of TreeShore. TreeShore is a web development company, also located in Chennai, specializing in web and graphics design. It was founded by Raja Sampath, a young entrepreneur in 2010, and has been offering creative solutions to its customers.
TreeShore’s founder Raja Sampath will join Synamen’s board of directors, and will take up the role of Chief Operating Officer in Synamen. TreeShore’s current team will also be joining Synamen to strengthen its capabilities in web and graphics design.
Raja has a MCA from University of Madras and an M.Sc. in Data Telecommunication Networks from University of Salford. Prior to founding TreeShore, he has worked in Virgin Media, British Telecom and Fujitsu.
Synamen will continue to serve all existing customers of TreeShore and will offer same level of high professionalism showcased by TreeShore. Synamen will continue to develop key products from TreeShore portfolio as well.
